Neoen successfully completed its IPO amid very testing market conditions. It raised € 697 million, making the deal—by far—the largest fundraising on Euronext Paris in 2018.
With more than 2 GW in installed capacity to date and an additional pipeline of more than 1 GW in projects, we are France’s number one independent producer of green energy and also one of the fastest-growing players worldwide. Our goal is to design and implement locally the requisite facilities to generate the most cost-competitive renewable energy sustainably and on a large scale. The funds we raised from our IPO will help to power strong growth, taking us to 5 GW in installed capacity by around 2021. We are sincerely grateful to all our new and existing shareholders for the trust they have placed in us.
Neoen is listed in Compartment A of Euronext’s regulated market in Paris.

Neoen is a fast-growing company with solid foundations. The balance sheet total was over 2 billion euros as at end of June 2018. A substantial increase compared to the previous year, this figure represents the investment in the groups power plants, in operation or under construction. At the end of November 2018, Neoen had 63 power stations in operation and under construction, totalling more than 2 GW.
Neoen has reported revenues of €228 million in 2018, an increase of 63% compared to 2017. This entirely organic growth was due primarily to the consolidation over a full year of projects that came into service in 2017 and the commencement of operations of nearly 400MW of new projects. Neoen will report full year earnings on 17 April 2019. Neoen is pursuing its development under a strategy of profitable growth, and has been consistently profitable since 2011.
All these reports will be released after the market close.
