Neoen is a fast-growing company with solid foundations. The balance sheet total was over 2 billion euros as at end of June 2018. A substantial increase compared to the previous year, this figure represents the investment in the groups power plants, in operation or under construction. At the end of August 2018, Neoen had 51 power stations in operation and under construction, totalling more than 2 GW.
Neoen has a long-term outlook. This attitude is reflected in the way we conduct our business. We not only develop power plant projects, we take care of their day-to-day running, as mostly sole owner or majority shareholder. As at the end of the last accounting year, we owned 84% of our assets outright.
We are running a recruitment programme to accompany our worldwide expansion. Currently operating in ten countries, Neoen is an international company, firmly anchored in local communities.
